REGISTRATION

Our event has always been planned to be delivered with a delegate first, COVID-safe approach and the ability to convert to a virtual meeting should borders close. With this in mind and the current restrictions in place in Sydney we have had to transition the meeting to a completely virtual event.

Any delegate who had registered to attend in-person will automatically have their registration switched to a virtual registration.

At-Home Registration

Includes:

  • Livestream of all content presented in the General Session room.
  • On-demand access to video recordings of sessions post-event.
  • Mobile App to manage schedule, network with other attendees and contact exhibitors.
  • Delegate Pack


Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after conference is complete. In the event that government restrictions come into place the meeting will revert to a full virtual meeting with all face-to-face registrations being transferred to access the virtual meeting.
