The Choice is Yours - Attend In-person or Virtually

For the first time, the ACP is providing a hybrid conference experience, combining an in-person and a virtual component.

While we encourage you all to attend in-person, you will have the opportunity to choose from two registration options – attending in-person in Sydney or joining us via a live stream online.

We understand that some of you may be reluctant to register to attend the conference in-person now, but in order to take advantage of early bird rates you have the ability to register to attend virtually and then make the decision to attend in-person at a later date or vice versa. Early-bird registrations will close on the 31 May 2021.

If the event cannot be held in person - delegates who registered to attend the event in person will be automatically transferred to the online event.

  1. Safety has never been more of a priority.
    Our event will be planned and delivered with a delegate first, COVID-safe approach. Clear and practical social distancing and carefully planned hygienic practices will be deployed in keeping with the new normal and giving our delegates peace of mind.
  2. Face-to-face is the ultimate experience.
    In-person connections are so much more vivid than those via a computer screen. Our events are planned to the nth degree, designed to create unforgettable, valuable experiences. That will never change. The wow factor, the community, the authenticity, the opportunity, the excitement are all things you cannot get from a screen.
  3. Flexibility is everything. Contingencies are everywhere.
    Book with confidence. While there are some things out of our control all our partners and suppliers are committed to flexibility. And should borders close our meeting will go completely online so you will still have access to the awesome content we were presenting in-person albeit in a different format.
  4. The recovery of the economy starts here.
    By attending the event you can help rebuild the economy, support the college and support our industry partners.
  5. Reconnect
    We have all felt the impact of being distanced from each other over the past year and it is important to take the step in reconnecting with your friends and colleagues. We certainly cannot wait to see you all!
The cost for either registration type is the same and we would encourage as many of you to attend In-person as we are looking forward to reconnecting with the phlebology community.

If you registered for the 2020 conference and did not request a refund, your registration booking has been transferred to the 2021 conference.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after conference is complete. In the event that government restrictions come into place the meeting will revert to a full virtual meeting with all face-to-face registrations being transferred to access the virtual meeting.
