Professor Ken Myers
Professor Myers was a world-renowned vascular surgeon and luminary in Australian and International Phlebology.  He championed minimally invasive endovenous techniques and was at the forefront of ultrasound-guided-sclerotherapy and endovenous laser ablation.  Professor Myers was the inaugural Chancellor of the Australasian College of Phlebology in 2007 and prolific author of numerous scientific papers and textbooks.  “Making Sense of Vascular Ultrasound” and “Manual of Venous and Lymphatic Diseases” are reference books beloved by all ACP Trainees and Fellows.  The ACP records our deep appreciation for Professor Ken Myers’ outstanding contribution to the College and offer our heartfelt condolences to all family, friends and colleagues.
