The 58th Annual Scientific Meeting of the College will be held in Melbourne from 16–18 May 2026. This significant event continues the College’s long-standing tradition of bringing together the dermatology community to exchange knowledge, advance expertise and strengthen professional connections.

In 2026, the College will renew its collaboration with the Japanese Dermatological Association, welcoming faculty leaders to participate in the program. Distinguished speakers will include Professor Manabu Fujimoto (Osaka University), President of the Japanese Dermatological Association, and Professor Shinichi Imafuku (Fukuoka University), an internationally recognised authority in infectious skin diseases. Their involvement highlights the international engagement and academic depth of the meeting.

Planning is being led by the Meeting & Events Oversight Group, co-chaired by A/Prof Rosemary Nixon AM and A/Prof Aaron Boyce, in collaboration with the Victoria Faculty Convenors Dr Emma Veysey, A/Prof Michelle Rodrigues and A/Prof Peter Foley. The program will feature a comprehensive mix of contemporary research, clinical updates, practical workshops and networking opportunities.

The meeting is expected to provide a valuable and engaging forum for dermatology professionals from across Australia and abroad.
