Revised ACP Training Application Procedure

Dear College Member,


As of 2015, the Australasian College of Phlebology has restructured the membership model with the elimination of the 'Associate Membership' category. Current Associate Members will maintain their membership until the end of 2014, and may apply to join the College under other categories if applicable.

ACP Training Application:
Interested parties who wish to join the College as a Trainee can follow the procedure outlined below:

Complete the Training Application form. This includes an application fee of $220*Click Here for form.
Please Note: This is an administrative fee for the College to process the Training applicant. This amount is non-refundable, and does not mean the applicant is an ACP member. 

2.  Forward a copy of your current CV to the College with the subject heading 'Training Application'. Please Email: educationofficer@phlebology.com.au.
3. 

Confirm your participation at the scheduled interview on Saturday 22nd November 2014.

4. Successful Applicants will then be required to submit their Membership Application. Click here for Membership Application.


Important Dates:

  • Applications will close: 5pm 21st November, 2014.
