The Australasian College of Phlebology is pleased to announce the introduction of the online written examinations for our formal training courses. In an effort to streamline our examination process, we are offering our trainees the flexibility to sit the written examinations anywhere in the world.

Requirements:
Prior to sitting the exam, trainees are required to have completed their log books, courses and workshops, publications and presentations (if applicable). This information can be downloaded here.
Once you have completed the requirements, please download and fill out the Examination Application Form by clicking here and returned to the College no later than Friday, 14th August 2015.
Please note that the examination application form has a non-refundable administrative fee of $220.
